ARQANA Racing Club's ambition is to showcase the incomparable emotions of racehorse ownership under optimal conditions.

On the track, the syndicate will number four horses including two yearlings bought at the prestigious ARQANA August and October Sales. The one acquired at the October sale will be eligible to the October 2020 Criterium, worth a total of €250,000 in prize-money and held at the heart of the G1 Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe's weekend.
For the silks to shine quickly, the syndicate will also welcome two "ready-to-run" horses, the first one will be an unraced two-year-old selected in May at the ARQANA Breeze Up Sale while the second one will be a horse in training prospect aged two or three, acquired in July at the ARQANA Summer Sale or in a good claimer.

ARQANA Racing Club 5 will also be rythmed by exclusive premium events for a complete behind-the-scenes immersion in breeding, training, racing and sales, but also by a professional and regular communication for an optimal follow-up of the horses.

The price of one share covers all the costs for the syndicate throughout its lifespan, from the purchase of the horses to training and racing fees (upkeep, vet and farrier bills, osteopath, transport, communication, management, etc.). The payment is a one-time made on the signing of the syndicate statutes (May 2019).

The syndicate is constitued in a form of a limited company S.A.S chaired by Eric Hoyeau, President of ARQANA, the leading agency for racehorses auction in France and second player in Europe.

ARQANA Racing Club 5 has a lifetime limited to two and a half years, with the horses then sold at the end of this period (December 2021). Following the dispersal of the syndicate, each shareholder will received their part of the cash-flow in proportion to the number of shares held.
